This site is a way for me to track my fat loss journey, which I'm also sharing with all of you. I'm doing this through diet and exercise, with diet comprising intermittent fasting, calorie counting, and eating better -- though I won't be meal tracking. I am on a number of medications for migraines, but am not using any 'jabs'.
This site is very much a work in progress. Right now I'm most concerned with getting tracking of some sort in place, and then I'll concern myself later with an actual design and such.
